Let the refreshing sounds of Canadian Recording Artist & Producer Q Divano embrace your mind and take it on a journey of enlightenment and innovation.

Growing up just across the water from the legendary Motown, Detroit Michigan was a unique experience in itself, and has fueled many of the creative fires inside this talented young artist. Drawing influence from Motown classics, modern electronic music, oldies, rock, early to mid 90’s R&B and Hip-hop. Q Divano has captured what seems to be an entirely authentic, raw and innovative new soundscape. Through careful planning and creative forecasting, this innovative young futurist has come up with some interesting insights and plans to take the modern entertainment and multimedia industry by storm.

Being from the small Canadian city of Windsor, located across the bridge from Detroit and 4 -hours from Canada’s largest city Toronto, has forced Q to take action in creating something from nothing, and leaving behind him a freshly paved pathway for emerging Canadian talent.

A small step away from the hometowns of Justin Bieber, Drake, Eminem and Avril Lavigne, life on the border keeps Q Divano close to what matters musically in USA and Canada. It was the relative obscurity of Q Divano’s location that enflamed his creative fires as well as personal struggles with Type-1 Diabetes, faulty love relationships, dissolved partnerships and being adopted as a young child.

His sound has been described to be more American influenced, and has been said sometimes to show tonal similarities of hip hop legend Nas. Q Divano’s writing is very vivid and cinematic - he makes you feel as if you were there with him as he portrays pictures of real life and lessons learned. In his commercial debut release he has put on a new hat and delivered some intimate and unique R&B crooning, saying “…This is the start to a new me, so stay tuned.”

Currently working with Grammy & Juno award winning engineers, to finalize his sexy cool sound for commercial release: He is excited to announce that he will be releasing many quality and unique projects in the near future with the help of Island Def Jam Digital Distribution, Apple Itunes, Amazon MP3 and many more trusted retail stores around the world.

Relying on over 10 years of experience through schooling, mentorship, audio engineering, writing, performing, as well as music production, Q Divano has been able to utilize his talents capturing the unique sounds and molding the style of Q Divano as a brand.

With the debut single, “Over Again”, Q Divano explains in sharp detail his struggles over the last few years - painting lyrical pictures real people can relate to, in this rat race of a world we live in today. On “Over Again,” Q brings a wealth of experience and talent together in a release that transcends genre borders and restrictions creating something never before attempted in the realm of music.

Whilst, “Imagine This” is Q Divano’s second single, focusing on the exciting futures of music, life and technology. “Imagine This” was a long time in the making, and was originally crafted as an underground track destined to feature RZA of the Wu Tang Clan. Since then, it has been re-imagined into a upbeat radio single and will be available worldwide November 2011.

It’s Q Divano’s innovative sound, coupled with his passion and being deeply rooted in Religion - which Q Divano practices daily – that sees the young artist expounding his talents outside of music as well. Intrigued by theology and with a love for his fans, he is currently writing a book involving important self help principles.

When Q Divano is not inside the recording studio, modifying equipment or writing lyrics, he is usually engaging in negotiations and meetings, for the various entrepreneurial ventures he has founded empowering him to become not just a talented musical force but also a confident and competent businessman.
